Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic fitness center. I remember how staff helped me find transport on my first stay. Definitely coming back for Christmas!

The room I booked was kept clean etc and available with a view. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Besides, I was close to a river and greenery.

The breakfast was excellent and the parking was on-site.

The room is reasonably priced.

Nice hot breakfast for all tastes, reasonably priced. The rooms with nice view and the overall decor and the most enormous comfortable bed, really helpful staff from the maids to managers. Very clean pool, excellent and beautiful location close to the river. Also, easy to get to a historic stone bridge.

Sincerely, it was a perfect stay which was the purpose of my visit. The rooms were cheap and airy and the location was efficient in the public area's. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Oxford Ice Rink.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was top-notch and well worth the extra cost. The rooms were the biggest I've had in England, and the hotel’s layout was a refreshing surprise compared to the photos. I'd definitely return.

Convenient modern hotel 10 mins walk from city centre. Rooms fine if a little tatty. Regular weddings and other group events.

The staff was competent, they were always available. All in all bright room. Everything seemed nice, clean.

The location was exellent as it was very close to the centre of Oxford, no need for car or taxi. The food was excellent and the staff were always polite and accomodating. The lounge was comfortable and variety of food and drink should appeal to all.

Having stayed in a ground floor room it was quiet noisy with people returning at all hours of the night and being able to hear conversations as we are people who like to have windows open as much as possible night or day.

Staff were exceptional -nothing was too much trouble-very courteous

Close walk to city center - 15mins. Or you can take the bus which takes less than 7 mins and the stop is across the street from the hotel. The gym was dated but sufficient and good, and same with the rooms but still very comfortable (we stayed in a room with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed - triple). The breakfast buffet was great.

location close to river, can walk into Oxford via delightful riverside walk, didn't need to take car out, as soon as you turn into hotel driveway it speaks of care and excellence, grounds beautiful, retreat from busy roads and city centre, it suited us (two couples) perfectly, breakfast was served in an excellent manner, set out clearly and without mess, we didn't have dinner in the hotel but heard the live piano music which was a lovely touch, reception helpful and efficient and human!, bar staff served us lunch outside willingly, lovely rooms
